KOSHER STANDARDS: The meats are Glatt and Chalak, with Chassidic Shchita. All dairy products are Chalav Yisroel. The wines are Mevushal. All bread and pastrie products are Pas Yisroel. Bread is Ha'Motzi. All meals are Bishul Yisroel. Milk and meat dishes are cooked using separate kitchen appliances and utencils. Cookware is dipped in a mikvah. Solid tableware is not dipped since it is intended for one time use only. Solid tableware can be toivled upon request if the client intends to continue using it again. All meals are sealed in plastic wrap on a tray. Containers to be reheated are double wrapped with silver foil to allow placement in any oven. Instructions for the kitchen staff are provided.
