KOSHER STANDARDS:  The meats are Glatt and Chalak, with Chassidic Shchita.  All dairy products are Chalav Yisroel.   All bread and pastrie products are Pas Yisroel.  All cooked dishes are Bishul Yisroel. The wines are Mevushal.  Milk and meat dishes are cooked using separate kitchen appliances and utencils.  Tableware is dipped in a mikvah.
