Location

We are located adjacent to the two main pedestrian mall streets of Naples, Via Chiaia and Via Toledo.  The Royal Palace is down the block facing the central Piazza Plebescito, the National Archeological Museum is a 20 minute walk up Via Toledo.  Follow Via Chiaia for 10 minutes to the Synagogue.  The
Port is a 5 minute walk down the hill.

To arrive from Airport or Train Station a Taxi is preferrable since getting onto a full central bus with luggage or backpacks is not safe.  However, local public transportation is excellent when you leave your luggage and can keep your hands on your valuables.  From the airport the Taxi should cost between 15 and 20 Euros, 10 to 15 Euros from the trainstation.  Make sure the counter is turned on.

Otherwise, from the Airport an express ALIBUS will take you to the center.  Exit next to the Port, walk around the Castle Nuovo and the Royal Palace, then up the street.  The bus costs 3 Euros.

From the Train Station a public bus R2 will take you to the center.  Exit at the final stop, in front of the Carlo III Royal Theater and Galleria Umberto I on the other side.
